Enter each facility's numbers on its own sheet, and the rollup ranks every site against the NSI national turnover and vacancy figures held in the module — cited and edition-stamped — so you can see which facilities sit furthest off-benchmark. A facility with data still missing is counted as "not set" first, never averaged in as a zero that would flatter or distort the system total. Every figure the dashboard reports is computed from what you enter, plus the cited NSI comparator; it asserts no turnover, vacancy or cost figure of its own.
